She and her coach/husband have put together an elite training group in Boulder with Cory McGee and Dani Jones among others. Emma is very outspoken about the support on and off the track from New Balance since she first signed in 2013.
Emma started a race, the Elk Run 5K for a Cancer Support Charity. This has always been a cause Emma is passionate about, even before her mother's cancer diagnosis 2019.
