EVP, Head of Operations
Titi Cole is Executive Vice President and head of Operations for Wells Fargo. Her group, part of Payments, Virtual Solutions & Innovation (PVSI), provides enterprise services and operations leadership. Cole joined Wells Fargo in 2015 and is a member of Wells Fargo's Management Committee.
In her current role, Cole is responsible for eight operational groups, dedicated to providing foundational services across Wells Fargo that make the business of banking possible, including deposit, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, cash vault and lockbox services, unclaimed property and legal order processing, and print and imaging services. The team also leads significant initiatives for Wells Fargo to manage expense, risk, and business transformation.
In her prior role, she served as head of Shared Services for Consumer Credit Solutions, supporting the consumer credit, direct auto and private student lending businesses.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Cole led Retail Products and Underwriting for Bank of America, where she had responsibility for the consumer credit, debit and checking businesses, credit card underwriting and fulfillment, and oversaw the enterprise payments network group. She also has held leadership roles at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago and McKinsey & Company.
She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and her MBA with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Cole serves on Wells Fargo's Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Council. She is based in Charlotte and is an active member of the Executive Leadership Council, is a board member of the Charlotte Ballet and serves on the Board of Trustees for Queens University of Charlotte
