Monique Jackson currently serves as the Regional Guest Experience & After Sales Training Manager at Toyota for the Los Angeles region. She fosters Toyota's organizational culture in the LA regional field office by recruiting and consulting on technical training and employee retention for 76 dealers in Southern California. Monique also works with dealers to develop pathways for customer retention and enhanced guest experience in the region.
Monique started her career with Toyota in 2004 and spent nine years in the Portland region in roles ranging from profitability management to customer satisfaction. As a 15-year veteran with the brand and having held a variety of roles, Monique brings a wealth of experience, dedication and a vested interest in growing and developing teams.
Prior to joining Toyota, Monique held marketing roles at Cox Media and The Weather Channel Companies where she developed, implemented and managed marketing strategies.
Outside of work, Monique has an interest in sports and can be found teaching spin class at Lococycle in South Orange County or on the sidelines cheering for her son.
Monique grew up in Inglewood, CA and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
