Eileen Coskey Fracchia is founder and managing principal of El Camino Group, LLC, a national, boutique leadership consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership & strategy execution. With mastery in building leader clarity, confidence and courage, the El Camino Group, LLC. provides strength-based tools and techniques for cultivating team engagement, supporting the growth and development of leaders and accelerating performance. Eileen specializes in strategic and organizational effectiveness planning, executive and professional coaching, business efficacy, and the design and delivery of customized learning solutions.
Eileen's "first career" was in banking. She spent more than two decades as a senior leader at Wells Fargo, and held multiple positions in line, staff, and group management. As Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Region Development, Eileen led Strategy, Talent
Development (Leader and Team Member), Team Member Engagement, M&A and Customer Experience teams in support of 50,000+ team members.
Eileen embarked in her "second career" working with a broad spectrum of clients (individuals and organizations), from: early-stage to tenured, private to public, emerging to senior executives, teams and boards of directors-- in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Some of her clients include: Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Cathay Bank, Studio MDR, AYSO, Linkage, Russell Investments, CHLA, USC, ABC Disney, Netflix, Coca-Cola and through The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC), where Eileen held the position of Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President, Facebook, Deloitte, Survey Monkey, Indeed and Quora.
In addition to the El Camino Group, LLC, Eileen is the faculty lead and professor for Leadership, Coaching and Professional Development in the Executive MBA program at Loyola Marymount University. Eileen is a Founding Fellow and West Coast Round-table Leader of the Institute of Coaching a Harvard Medical School Affiliate. In service to the community, Eileen is co- founder of JVS Women's Leadership Network, and a board member of multiple non-profit organizations including, JVS SoCal (where Eileen leads the diversity, equity and inclusion committee) and Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation and Social Venture Partners as a partner.
Through her extended network of exceptional professionals and experts - Eileen is recognized for her work in creating, expanding and leading communities- of- practice. A recognized speaker, Eileen presents at numerous companies' meetings and industry conferences. Eileen holds a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego Graduate School of Business; is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is certified through the International Coach Federation. Eileen is an avid learner and continues to explore and master current business, leadership and organizational trends and practices.
Eileen and her husband, Don, are the very proud parents of Jamie (the banker), Anthony (the store manager) and Jason (the COO/Co-founder of a start-up).
