Aleia Naylor leads Sponsorship and Marketing at the Women's Sports Foundation, where she develops strategic partnerships and activations with major US brands. In addition to her cultivation efforts, Aleia is responsible for brand management, athlete marketing integration, public relations and overall communications and web strategy. In her role, she oversees content development for the Foundation’s web site, social media and digital platforms. In 2013, Aleia led the Keep Her In The Game campaign which earned the Foundation – and partners Gatorade and TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles – two North American Effie Awards for excellence in marketing.
