With more than 10 years of experience in product design and development, in addition to a background in market research, Sarah Kopriva brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as Strategic Business Unit Manager for Women’s Fitness Footwear at New Balance. In this position, Sarah leads a cross functional team in building New Balance’s portfolio of innovative women’s fitness and lifestyle footwear products to drive business growth domestically and internationally.
After graduating from Miami University in Ohio, Sarah worked in consumer market research at Proctor and Gamble before returning to school for a certification in visual communications at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. From there, she moved on to be the Director of Design and Product Development at Latitudes International, where she developed expertise in product line management, design, and business development.
When she is not traveling the world on market trips for her role at New Balance, Sarah can be found spending time with her husband and two children or trying new fitness trends. As a graduate of the WOMEN Unlimited LEAD Leadership program, Sarah also serves as a mentor to colleagues at New Balance and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
