She has directly led the marketing charge for the well-established University of Phoenix brand (with 10 distinct schools and colleges, more than 1 million alumni strong and an impressive education offering pipeline), the award-winning all-inclusive couples-only brand Sandals Resorts (with a footprint of 15 resorts on 7 Caribbean islands, and an expected trajectory growth of more than 15 resorts over the coming 5 years) and all-inclusive family concept Beaches Resorts (with a footprint of 3 resorts on 2 Caribbean islands, and an expected trajectory growth of more than 10 resorts over the coming 5 years). She also led the marketing efforts for the largest footprint and pipeline brands within the Hilton Worldwide enterprise, ranging from the successful extended stay brand Homewood Suites by Hilton (with a footprint of more than 300 hotels today) to the established brands of Hilton Garden Inn (with more than 600 hotels today and $4B of annual revenue) as well as Hampton (with more than 2,000 hotels and $6B of annual revenue), coaching empowered and successful teams of up to 20 direct reports, orchestrating multiple marketing, promotions and media agencies and leading budgets of up to $150M annually.
