Maggie Steffens
Captain, U.S. Olympic Women's Water Polo Team
Considered the best women's water polo player on earth, Steffens joined the USA Water Polo National Team full-time in 2010 at the age of 16. Since then she has helped the team reach unprecedented heights winning two Olympic gold medals, two FINA World Cup crowns, two Pan American Games titles, and one FINA World Championship. She has been named the top women's water polo player in the world by FINA on two occasions and earned MVP honors in London and Rio. She currently competes for Stanford University where she has helped the Cardinal to two NCAA titles.
