Erin McMullen has more than a decade of experience in sports media, with an emphasis in television programming and event production. She has played an integral role in launching several large-scale television networks and sports tours, such as FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports 2, and The Winter Dew Tour.
Erin currently serves as the Director of Programming for FOX Sports where she oversees all incoming programming for broadcast, cable, and advanced platforms. She manages relationships with large and small program suppliers from around the world, including the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), NASCAR, and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Prior to FOX Sports, Erin worked as the Manager of Programming & Acquisitions at FUEL TV and managed events for Alli, The Alliance of Action Sports which was a joint venture between NBC Sports and MTV Networks. Her career has also included a marketing position at Red Bull and Forum Snowboards, a former division of Burton Snowboards. Her diverse background has provided Erin with a sports knowledge that spans from mainstream to niche action sports, and also includes growing categories in youth culture, such as eSports and music.
Erin graduated with dual degrees in Telecommunications and Geography from The Pennsylvania State University and has completed a certificate in Business and Management of Entertainment from the University of California, Los Angeles. Erin gives back to the community by mentoring high school and college students. She also co-founded “Nittany Entertainment LA,” a professional organization for Penn State alumni living and working in Los Angeles.
Originally from Central Pennsylvania, Erin has been calling Southern California home for nearly ten years. In her free time, Erin travels as much as possible, snowboards wherever there is snow, and tries to balance her healthy habits with her love for baking cookies.
