Dr. Lauren Loberg began helping athletes as a Bruin Athletic Mentor at UCLA and has since worked with many individuals and teams. She began her athletic career as a gymnast and then moved on to become a diver and competed for UCLA, graduating in 1997. She has received a MS in sport psychology from the University of Utah; a MS in mental health counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; and her PhD in sport psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a Certified Consultant with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, a licensed mental health counselor and member of a number of national and international organizations. Her business, Pyramid Performance Consulting, currently works with athletes across the nation.
Dr. Loberg has a unique background extending from elite level athlete to coach, mental health counselor and sport psychology consultant. This spectrum of experiences helps her when dealing with age group/youth, high school, NCAA Division I, Olympic medalists and professional athletes.
Dr. Loberg believes that YOU perform in everything you do. The mental skills and training she offers will help an individual better his/her performance and discover success.
